LOCATION

The Vineyard, linear and interspersed among Agios Andreas’ slops, 5km away of Nea Peramos / Kavala, having a view to Eleftheres Golf and Thassos Island, is the ideal area for Vineyards culture with mild winter and fresh summer.
The coastal site is specifically favourable as the sea breeze contributes to an ideal temperature for culture.

VINEYARD
Having as principle that nature foresees that all culturing sickness can be treated, priority was given to natural fertilization and traditional means of culture avoiding any chemical intervention. Research being the motto and following the experience of traditional viticulturists along with the biologists guidance, the vineyard was formed based on the traditional way as it was made on last century early years. A priority was given to natural quality and not on production increase that would be achieved by chemical and technical means. The acre capacity range from 500 to 700 kg, and using chemical means the quantity would be multiply in charge of quality.
Due to field non-culture and non-use of chemicals, inside the vineyard were kept rare herbs, wild flowers and live organisms that bear antiseptic qualities and protect the vine-stock from sicknesses.
